3dwoodcraft, LLC offers a FULL refund or replacement (we reserve the choice based on order by order basis) on the subtotal of any order that is defective in its quality or it does not fit the description of according to our information provided on the website.

Because we offer so many styles such as color, size and font, it is unusual that we are able to use returned items. As a courtesy to our customers, we accept returns of any non-defective product within 20 days and will extend a 75% credit toward another purchase or 50% refund of amount (not including shipping) of the original subtotal which may be applied towards any purchase in the future.
